Customer supplied actuator for reconditioning. Used in the mining prop in a 10-year cycle. Actuator leakage found, significant corrosion of the coating and damage to the piston.
Actuator after regeneration
The actuator has undergone a complete regeneration. The surface has been repaired, leaks removed, and the piston repaired. During the regeneration of the actuator, a honing procedure was required.
